This Privacy Policy describes how Agility Ops Business Pty Ltd (ABN pending) ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use SprintINSite ("the App"), a Jira Cloud application available through the Atlassian Marketplace.

1. Information We Collect

SprintINSite accesses the following data from your Jira Cloud instance to provide its functionality:

• Sprint Data: Sprint names, start dates, end dates, and completion status.
• Issue Data: Story points, issue status, issue type, and sprint assignments.
• Board Configuration: Scrum board settings and project associations.
• User Information: Display names and team assignments as configured in Jira, solely for team-level analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information accessed through your Jira instance exclusively to:

• Calculate and display sprint velocity metrics.
• Generate capacity forecasting and sprint health analytics.
• Provide team-level workload insights and retrospective data.
• Render dashboards and reports within the Jira interface.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App's core functionality.

3. Data Storage and Processing

SprintINSite is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. All data processing occurs within the Atlassian Cloud infrastructure. We do not transfer, store, or process your Jira data on external servers. Your data remains within the Atlassian ecosystem at all times.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your data with any third parties. Your Jira data is only accessed within the context of your Atlassian Cloud instance and is never transmitted outside the Atlassian infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

SprintINSite does not maintain a separate database of your information. All data is read directly from your Jira Cloud instance in real time. If you uninstall the App, no residual data is retained by SprintINSite.

6. Security

SprintINSite leverages the security infrastructure provided by the Atlassian Forge platform, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL).
• Atlassian's authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
• Sandboxed execution environment within Forge.
• Compliance with Atlassian's security requirements for Marketplace apps.

7. Your Rights

As a Jira Cloud administrator, you maintain full control over the App's access to your instance. You can:

• Revoke the App's access at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira instance.
• Control which projects and boards are accessible through Jira's standard permission settings.
• Request information about how your data is processed by contacting us.

8. Compliance

We comply with applicable Australian privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We also comply with Atlassian's Marketplace Developer Agreement and security requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

SprintINSite is a business tool designed for use by organisations and their employees. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
