These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SprintINSite ("the App"), a Jira Cloud application developed by Agility Ops Business Pty Ltd (ABN pending) ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By installing SprintINSite from the Atlassian Marketplace or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
SprintINSite is a Jira Cloud application that provides sprint analytics, velocity tracking, capacity forecasting, and team performance insights. The App is built on the Atlassian Forge platform and operates entirely within the Atlassian Cloud infrastructure.
The App is designed for use by organisations with active Jira Cloud subscriptions. You must have appropriate Jira administrator or user permissions to install and use the App, as determined by your organisation's Jira configuration.
You agree to use SprintINSite only for its intended purpose — viewing and analysing sprint data within your Jira Cloud instance. You agree not to:
Your use of SprintINSite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we access and handle data from your Jira Cloud instance. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
SprintINSite, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Agility Ops Business Pty Ltd. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to the App's intellectual property beyond the licence to use the App as described herein.
We aim to keep SprintINSite available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App's availability depends on the Atlassian Cloud platform and your Jira instance's status. For support enquiries, contact us at support@sprintinsite.com.
SprintINSite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that analytics data will be perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Agility Ops Business Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agility Ops Business Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using SprintINSite at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira Cloud instance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms or if required by Atlassian's policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
